· Promotional materials of business such as company brochure or product overview

· Organizational chart, including total number of employees and position held by the transferee

· Detailed statement from authorized representative explaining ownership and control of company

· Company letterhead with company logo, name, and address

L1 Visa US Company Documents

· Articles of incorporation
